PRLog -- A.M. "Trey" Fragala III, AICP, chief operating officer at Data Transfer Solutions, said Bouwman was hired in 2007 as a GIS software architect and has been leading the firm's Fort Collins, Colo. technical office.
Bouwman will continue to head Data Transfer Solutions' Fort Collins operations in tandem with the responsibilities of his new company-wide role, Fragala said.
Bouwman, who earned his B.S. Degree in Geology from Carlton College in Ottawa and his M.S. Degree in Computer Information Technology from Regis University in Denver, is a GIS-certified software engineer who ranks as one of the top geographic information developers in the U.S., Fragala said.
