After pressing any button, they will all remain lit for 4 seconds.
Set-up is easy. There are no codes to enter, just press a couple of buttons and the Tek Pal will set itself. In minutes, it will be ready to work with most TVs. (This remote can be used with a cable ready TV, but not with TVs that use a converter box.)

The buttons are straight forward and easy to differentiate. Triangular buttons represent the channel up and channel down functions as well as the volume up and volume down. The mute is a square button and the power button is round

The 6 Button Remote cannot be used with DVD players, cable or satellite box or a digital-to-analog set-top converter box. It only works with television sets.
