Feb. 13, 2009 - PRLog -- ITTTC a telecommunications consulting firm has appointed Mr. Mark Hemeon General Manager of the Common Carrier Group. Mr Hemeon will be responsible for all Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) sales in the Treasure Coast region of Florida and the Southeast United States.

Mr. Hemeon has over 25 years experance working with CLEC, Wireless, and telecommunications equipment providers. this experience includes sales, training, negotiation, specialized equipment configuration, end user acquisition, and licensing.
