Bill Bartmann Interview Series – Part 4 – Bill Bartmann’s Building Blocks for Success

Feb. 12, 2009 - PRLog -- Tulsa, OK -- Who is Bill Bartmann?  Bill Bartmann is a self-made billionaire who has had his share of ups and downs in his life.  He was homeless at the age of 14, a gang member, a teenage alcoholic, injured and paralyzed at the age of 17 and told he would never walk again.

Five months later, Bill Bartmann walked out of the hospital!  He earned his high-school equivalency, attended college, graduated from law school, became a billionaire, went bankrupt, then did it all over again, including a second bankruptcy!  

During a recent interview, Bill Bartmann shared some of his ups and downs in life and how he was able to meet life’s challenges and cope.  Bill talked about self-image and how it relates to self-esteem and self-confidence, which he believes are the building blocks of success.  “How you see yourself is vital to your behavior and how you relate to others.  People respond to you according to your communication skills and how confident you appear.  Your self-confidence is greatly affected by your self-image and your self-esteem.”

Bill offered some valuable tips on building self-image to be more confident and capable.  “Do not limit yourself just by how you see yourself.  Don’t allow your weaknesses to get you down; everyone has weaknesses.  You don’t have to be controlled by what you do not have; focus on what you do have.  Don’t fret about what you are not good at; focus on your talents and what you can offer to and share with others.  How you act affects how others respond to you; this helps improve your attitude toward yourself and your abilities.”

Bill Bartmann has had his share of ups and downs; success and failure; now, Bill Bartmann is back!  He is very successful today because he did not let the negative events of his life get him down.  Well, he may have had moments of feeling down; he wouldn’t be human if he didn’t.  Let’s just say he didn’t let it keep him down.  “Each time I’ve bounced back, it’s been a little higher,” said Bartmann at the conclusion of the interview.  Visit Bill Bartmann’s website at http://www.billionaireu.com
