The promoting billboard outside the Engel & Voelkers shop in Dubai Marina and the 2-week-advertising campaign on radio channel FM92 attract serious buyers, including end-user and investor. “My husband and I were priced out by the market before,” commented a walk-in couple. “We think this is actually the perfect (buying) timing for us, as long as there is a financing option. We are pleased to find the one-stop solution here today.”

The campaign attracts media attention. “We have generated more than 20 leads requesting rental and purchase of Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches and Downtown Burj Dubai,” Hunter told a DW-TV (Deutsche-Welle) journalist. “Investment in prime locations is always wise.”
