Nov. 12, 2008 - PRLog -- MBody Strength, a fitness company based in Orange County, California, has started a beach training program in Huntington Beach. The bootcamp, called the Huntington Beach Kettlebell Fitness Program, provides participants with a morning workshop involving kettlebells.

“The program will provide our clients with an excellent morning workout,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody’s founder and member. “It’s a beautiful place to be in the morning and many people use the boardwalk to walk, run, and bike already.”

The training program involves kettlebell exercises, interval training, body weight exercises, and more. Designed to meet the needs of beginner and advanced participants, each person is given specific instructions during the training. People that are new to using kettlebells will also be trained in how to properly utilize the weights.

People can purchase pass for 5, 10, or 15 sessions. Rather than traditional bootcamps that require participants to set time periods, the Workshop Pass allows additional scheduling flexibility. Depending on the amount purchased, workshops can be attended for as little as $15 per session. Sessions are currently being conducted at 5:30 AM and 6:15 AM in the morning, and typically last for 30 to 45 minutes.

“We noticed how fit everyone seems down here by the beach and we believe our program will be used by those that really want to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and lose fat faster,” said Marcus Martinez. “I also enjoy being down by the beach in the morning!”
