By: Experience On Demand Bentz, whose family has deep roots in northeast Missouri, is a senior partner at Experience On Demand, whose executive partners provide interim business advisory services for companies across the Midwest from headquarters in St. Louis. An entrepreneur and businessman for many years, Bentz co-founded Experience On Demand with three other business executives after selling his interests in the regional car dealership. Bentz had previously sold his ownership in Heartland Food Service Management Company, which he founded in 1987 and managed as president, serving customers throughout Missouri. Bentz said, “We founded Experience On Demand because new research shows that there are ‘skill gaps’ at many organizations which can benefit from objective business insights and professional expertise on an interim basis to deal with organizational challenges. This is particularly true in the current economic environment. “Our team at Experience On Demand focuses on key aspects of business management and professional services. These range from accounting and finance, to human resources, manufacturing and supply chain logistics, information systems, sales, marketing, product development, import/export, business law and other disciplines.” Bentz said his experience as a businessman for more than 20 years in northern Missouri serves him well as a management consultant and business advisor for companies across the Midwest. “Operating a business in northern Missouri is not altogether different than doing so anywhere else,” Bentz said. ”All businesses deal with financial, sales and business growth issues, plus factors such as budgeting, forecasting and cost containment,” “Every organization is affected by unique ‘Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats’ which may affect management, finances, employees, business accountability, competitive performance, marketing, return on investment and bottom line outcomes. ”Our consulting team has found that most companies are looking for ways to maintain organizational stability and growth by benefiting from objective analysis of their systems and strategies to help address challenges and opportunities that they face.” Bentz said he considers northern Missouri “the breeding ground for my business career and many friendships.” He co-founded Experience On Demand with Steve Finkelstein, former partner at global accounting firm Deloitte & Touche; Walter Bilgram, previously vice president of engineering & technology at Insituform Technologies Inc.; and Frank V. Danzo, previously an executive with Anheuser-Busch Cos., Inc. for 20 years. Bentz said, “In addition to our senior partners, Experience On Demand provides a team of 24 associate partners specializing in key aspects of management and professional business services. We recently introduced the ‘Virtual Boardroom,’ a confidential business analysis and advisory service to help companies resolve crucial business issues in their organizations to help improve performance. “Our firm was established at a time when many organizations are restructuring and, also, many corporations and small businesses are dealing with needs for strategic change and more growth,” Bentz said. “Our motto is The Right People, The Right Time, The Right Place.’ Given all that’s happening in the nation’s economy right now, I think our mission with Experience On Demand is right on target.” Experience On Demand offices are at Two CityPlace Drive, Suite 200, St. Louis, Missouri 63141.
