Northeast Missouri Businessman Michael Bentz Opens Management Consulting Firm

Bentz, former president of Bentz GM Country and founder of the old Heartland Food Service Management Company, two successful businesses in northeast Missouri for many years, has co-founded a management consulting firm called “Experience On Demand” to serve companies dealing with transition, expansion and other business challenges.

Bentz, whose family has deep roots in northeast Missouri, is a senior partner at Experience On Demand, whose executive partners provide interim business advisory services for companies across the Midwest from headquarters in St. Louis.

An entrepreneur and businessman for many years, Bentz co-founded Experience On Demand with three other business executives after selling his interests in the regional car dealership. Bentz had previously sold his ownership in Heartland Food Service Management Company, which he founded in 1987 and managed as president, serving customers throughout Missouri.

Bentz said, “We founded Experience On Demand because new research shows that there are ‘skill gaps’ at many organizations which can benefit from objective business insights and professional expertise on an interim basis to deal with organizational challenges.
