About the Author:                                                                                              
Mary Paulson holds degrees from the University of Minnesota, Trinity University in San Antonio, The American Graduate School of International Management, and has taken several creative writing workshops at New Mexico State University under the tutelage of published authors Robert Boswell and Kevin McIlvoy.  She has worked as a Health Care administrator with the Indian Health Service in rural Alaska, and has held administrative positions with private enterprise in Nigeria during the Biafra War.  Mary was a Peace Corps volunteer in Haiti and Jamaica during the 1990s.  She has traveled widely throughout Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.  She resides in Southern New Mexico.
