Paul Sather has been named an honored member in education by Princeton Premier.

Paul Sather, director of the Service Learning Academy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, has been chosen for inclusion in the 2008-2009 Princeton Premier Registry.
 
Oct. 16, 2008 - PRLog -- Paul Sather is the director of the Service Learning Academy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  In this capacity, Paul is responsible for overseeing faculty development, supervising special projects, representing the academy in public and media relations, donor expansion, fundraising and grant preparation.  Paul joined the University staff in 2005, bringing extensive experience in education and educational administration. He is an esteemed member of the Midwest Consortium, a university representative for the AACU and a campus representative for the American Democracy Project.  Paul completed his graduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a master’s degree in social work and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustine College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Paul is equally committed to philanthropic pursuits and maintains a dynamic profile within the Omaha community.  He and his wife, a professor of nursing at the University of Nebraska’s Omaha Medical Center, take great enjoyment in witnessing the success of students and actively participate in numerous campus programs that benefit university academics and campus life. Additionally, the Sathers support Girls Inc., Campfire USA and the Social Settlement Association.  Off campus, Paul enjoys attending the symphony, travel and being a dog owner.  

In recognition of an exceptional career as director of the Service Learning Academy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Paul Sather  is being included in the 2008/2009 Princeton Premier Registry alongside the most prominent business leaders and professionals of every industry, from around the globe.
