New Realtor to Join Keller Williams Realty Greater Athens

Oct. 7, 2008 - PRLog -- ATHENS, GA (9/29/08) — Hank Bailey, lifelong Athenian and real estate professionals, formerly with Prudential Blanton Properties has just completed requirements and State examination to obtain his Real Estate Broker’s License.  Hank will hold, after submitting proper documentation to the Real Estate Commission, an Associate-Broker’s license with Keller Williams Greater Athens.

Member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. I was a REALTOR® with 1st Choice Realty Seneca, Seneca SC, from 2005 through the beginning of 2008 when I decided to stay closer to home, family, and all the traditions of Athens. I grew up in Athens and graduated from UGA with a BBA from the Terry College. I am looking forward to working in Athens and moving forward in my real estate career. Currently working on the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. In 2005 Qualified for Top Producer with sales in excess of $2 million. In 2006 Qualified for Top Producer with sales in excess of $4 million. Primary duties were the pricing of property, marketing, and advertising through the printed media and the internet. Recently became the Real Estate Columnist for The Oconee Leader.
