PRLog -- Diane Poole is the general manager of Norfolkline, a leading, first class, multimodal short sea carrier. In this capacity, Diane is responsible for sales and marketing, supervising the contact center, ferry transport personnel and passenger support, general operations administration and quality assurance. This is quite a task considering that in 2006, more than 2 million passengers used the ferry service to cross the English Channel and Irish Sea. Diane joined Norfolkline in 2005, bringing more than a decade of experience in management, organization and networking. She is an esteemed member of the RTO, RTP and the Chamber of Commerce. Diane credits her success to her innate propensity for building relationships and to a stringent work ethic. These qualities have been a major component of Norfolkline’
s increased efficiency and are equally evident in Diane’s personal undertakings. She is active within the Belfast, Ireland community and supports several organizations that benefit outreach programs such as Best Buddies and MSPCC. Away from the Norfolkline offices, Diane enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.
