In her first full year as a residential broker, Whitney Cain sold just under $10 million worth of real estate, setting an amazing standard for first-year brokers, and earning "Rookie of the Year" honors at Fuller Towne & Country Properties.

April 12, 2008 - PRLog -- As the daughter of top-producing Realtors, Whitney Cain had been exposed to and interested in the real estate industry since childhood.  Her own career path has included high-profile, marketing and client service positions closely-related to the industry.  In her first full year as a residential broker, Cain sold just under $10 million worth of real estate, setting an amazing standard for first-year brokers, and earning "Rookie of the Year" honors at Fuller Towne & Country Properties.

Cain was honored, along with other top-producing Fuller Towne & Country Properties brokers at the company's 2007 Awards Ceremony held recently at Denver Country Club.

Cain joined the LoDo office of Fuller Towne & Country Properties in May of 2006.  She is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and holds a BA degree in Marketing from The University of Missouri.  Prior to her career in residential real estate sales, she worked as a marketing specialist at NestlĂ©, one of the world's largest nutrition, health and wellness companies.

A resident of downtown Denver, Cain works largely with buyers and sellers in downtown Denver and the area's surrounding historic neighborhoods, as well as
communities in Douglas County from Highlands Ranch and Parker to Castle Rock.

"Real estate sales and marketing has always been a strong and positive passion for my family, and I knew I would become involved in the industry at some point in my adult life," Cain said.  "Fuller Towne & Country Properties in LoDo has been the perfect fit for me, from the vibrant atmosphere and wonderful facilities, to the incredible support staff.  Being around such a professional group of top-producing Realtors has helped me stay focused on realizing my potential, and performing at the highest level for my clients."

Cain's mark of $9-plus million is nearly two times the average sales volume for even the most experienced real estate brokers.  She ranked in the top 20, company wide, in total sales volume for individual brokers at Fuller Towne & Country Properties.

Fuller Towne & Country Properties operates from four offices including Evergreen, Cherry Creek, the Denver Tech Center, and Downtown Denver at Writer Square.  In 2007, the company posted over $1 billion in total sales volume.
