April 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Colorado Golf Club, the Denver area's premier low-density golf community, and Fuller Sotheby's International Realty, the market leader in high-end residential sales and marketing, today announced an exclusive brokerage agreement.  Under the agreement, Fuller Sotheby's will co-market homes and land at Colorado Golf Club.

Located just 30 minutes from downtown Denver in Parker, Colorado Golf Club opened its award-winning golf course in 2007.  The course was recently ranked #23 on Golfweek Magazine’s 2009 list of the Top 100 Modern Courses in America.  Home construction commenced in late 2007, with first move-ins in 2008.  The community showcases a limited number of one-of-a-kind, custom residences from the state’s leading architects and builders, with prices ranging from $1.5 to $4.6 million.  Homes are situated on spacious meadow, wooded and hillside sites, overlooking the 14,000-foot peaks of the Front Range.

"As with everything we have done at Colorado Golf Club, we have taken a very selective approach to our real estate relationships," says David Hutchinson, a founder and managing partner at Colorado Golf Club.  "Fuller Sotheby's brings not just a depth of experience in the Denver market but in the worldwide community of buyers of high-end real estate.  This relationship is truly complementary on both sides."

"Colorado Golf Club is the high-end residential community of the future," says Jeff Hendley of Fuller Sotheby's International Realty.  "These homes take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings.  The architecture and materials, the interior and exterior spaces and the sites define Colorado living, and forward-thinking additions such as state-of-the-art technology, 10 miles of trails.  A commitment to environmental preservation ensure that these homes will remain as attractive in the future as they are today."

"The partnership between Colorado Golf Club and Fuller Sotheby's International Realty represents two of the strongest brands in the residential marketplace," says Colorado Golf Club's Hutchinson.  "This land inspires on so many levels.  If you appreciate fine living and the Colorado experience, this is the place."
