I can see that I have Stability in business because I have over 700 clients and I am not dependant on a few clients. As a result I am generating good and regular revenue for me and my organization. Earlier I was handling less than 20 clients and today I am handling over 700 clients, which gave me great recognition in the market. Today our organization can generate enquiries very easily, due to wide reach and recognition.

What do you like about UDYOG Excise Software as Software?

I really appreciate the software. More importantly it offers great flexibility & it is customizable. It has been designed and built in such a way that it offers onsite customization. Excise software is asking for a lot of customization simultaneously it is asking for standardization in up dates because Excise comes with lot of changes
through out the year.

What you do not like about UDYOG?

Udyog is a bunch of great people but still they have great scope for improvement in back office support. There is need of interdepartmental communication so that problems can be resolved with minimum time effort. There should be efforts to bring in strong bonding among all people.What is that you have achieved as UDYOG partner, which you could not as an individual?
Udyog as a brand has been accepted in various companies. We could approach any company and close orders with minimum efforts, and because of that we could gain great self confidence. Today we can convert any enquiry into orders & handle any of their Excise requirements. Udyog helped us get entry into big companies like
Nilkamal Plastics, Sanjivni Parental, Tushaco Pumps, Hindustan Pencil. etc.

What future do you see for you in association with UDYOG?

Excise basically attracts regular changes and hence it requires constant updates. As a result this software business comes with renewal business income. We are very much settled with existing client base and expecting to grow as our client base is going to
grow. It will give us wide reach in the market.

What qualities make you successful as UDYOG partner? Or qualities one should have to become a successful UDYOG partner?

Since I had developed my own Excise software I could get better exposure to the subject and technical know-how from Udyog. In my opinion one should have technical competence and committed professional approach to be a successful partner of Udyog. What difference you see between partnering UDYOG and partnering other software companies?
The first advantage of Udyog is they are having a very widely accepted Excise Software which is very useful in the SME segment. Udyog develops software which is practical for SME segment. Updates from Udyog are very fast.How much is your company’s turnover?Today we are capable of selling 600 licenses in a year.
 
How much growth do you foresee?

We are expecting at least 100% growth in the next few years.
