Three eBooks make math (a little bit) easier at the DPPstore.

Carol Ann Goldstein must have channeled Thoreau and “simplified, simplified, simplified” when she sat down to write her series of Math Review books, all available for purchase and downloading at the DPPstore.

Nov. 21, 2007 - PRLog -- Palm Springs, CA -- DPPpress (www.dpppress.com) and DigitalPulp Publishing (www.digitalpulppublishing.com), an eBook publishing and distribution company, invite you to visit their online bookstore (www.dppstore.com)  where readers can peruse, purchase and download eBooks by new authors and the best eBooks from self and independent publishers.

Carl Sandburg wrote “arithmetic is numbers you squeeze from your head to your hand to your pencil to your paper till you get the answer.”  Author, accountant and math tutor Carol Ann Goldstein offers a less painful path in her series of Math Review books: Math Review Volume 1 Fractions, Math Review Volume 2 Decimals, Math Review Volume 3 Times Tables, Squares, Square Roots.

The three volumes are available as Adobe Acrobat PDF documents for a total of 1396 pages. There are 1500 questions- fractions 600, decimals 400, times tables 400, squares 50, square roots 50. Each question has a customized, detailed, step by step explanation of how to solve it and is perfect for students of all ages.

Carol Ann Goldstein studied Accounting and Mathematics at San Diego State University. She currently works as an accountant, a web and database programmer, and a math tutor. As a math tutor for students of all ages from elementary school to and including adults, she has found that two of the most troubling subjects are fractions and decimals. The Math Review books were inspired by FunEducation, a San Diego company Goldstein has been affiliated with since 2000.
