Winmark Homes Hosts Agent Event at Lakeview at Hamilton Mill

Oct. 4, 2007 - PRLog -- Winmark Homes welcomed more than 90 agents from across north metro Atlanta to Lakeview at Hamilton Mill for a luncheon held Sept. 18. This new popular Winmark Homes community (priced from the $300’s in the sought-after Hamilton Mill area of Gwinnett County) will, upon completion, consist of just over 160 luxurious homes.
During the event, attending agents enjoyed lunch, served by Situations Catering. After dining outside on the late summer afternoon, guests toured the beautifully-decorated models and inventory homes that are now open in the community.
In addition to lunch, all attending guests were entered into a drawing for a grand prize of $1,000.  Vance Kimber of Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners was the lucky recipient of the grand prize.  Agents from 16 brokerages across Metro Atlanta attended the luncheon, and many have already set appointments with the on-site sales agent for their prospective buyers.
