PRLog -- ~The long awaited Ditch -Public Intoxication cd the complete redefining and polishing of the artist is coming along very smoothly. As you know we have set the goal of Platinum for this cd and we have at least 3-4 singles on the cd that will hit radio and put Ditch on the worldwide map. Finally the cd is almost done the only thing holding the cd up in limbo are the special celebrity guests that are agreeing to appear on the cd. So far locked in are Shock G(Digital Underground's humpty/discoverer of 2pac), Epmd, Andrew Byniarski (The Program, Texas Chainsaw Massacre [Leatherface])
, and a few others to be announced soon. This cd will mark Ditch's move into the mainstream with hits like "Lean to tha side", "West will rise", "pumpin in the club", “Ballin on the west side” and " Life and Times". Ditch also ventures into the reggae rap angle with a take on Peter Tosh's "Bush Doctor" called "Legalize" another long awaited track. There’s angst and heavy crunk pieces as well reminiscent of his debut albums “f**k a Hater” such as “I aint scared”, “ Like me now”, We dont play” and the fast flowing catchy dark beat of “Por vida”. The cd also features the hip hop ballad of the year “High Road” which ventures into a new realm for the artist;” I wanted to do something different, something not done in hip hop before. Ive always been influenced by stuff that ventures out of the realm and gives people those hooks that stick in their heads for years, not days” Ditch said of the track. The cd will hit stores sometime this winter with major labels all trying to take a stab at offering Ditch a deal, Ditch is saving it for a distribution deal where he can keep his interests and do what he wants to do musically, in concert, and offstage. The cd will feature special packaging and 18 banger tracks for you to make your speakers blow out. Public Intoxication riddled with delays will be long worth the wait from the soon to be superstar artist Ditch.
