The release introduced a new Walk Around mode in the interactive router that dynamically avoids obstacles and works together with Push Traces to deliver faster, cleaner, and rule-compliant routing. The enhanced Find in Layout / Schematic tool now enables full-parameter search, multiple selection, and direct editing of component and net properties from the results list. EasyEDA and Pulsonix imports have also been added, simplifying migration from other EDA tools. DipTrace 5.2 includes numerous user-requested refinements that improve design speed, flexibility, and workflow efficiency.
