Uplift and Help a student in need

IKEJA, Nigeria - Oct. 27, 2025 - PRLog -- My name is Jemima.
‎I lost my father when I was very young. At the time, I thought nothing could hurt more. But reality hits differently when you grow up in a place where even minimum wage can't provide healthy food for a month.

‎At fourteen, I started working menial jobs just to survive and support my younger brother. I told myself never to get sick because there was no safety net. I worked and saved for years until I could finally pay for my first year of university.
‎
‎Today, I'm proud that I've carried myself to my third year in university and helped my brother finish high school. To some, this might seem small, but to me, it's proof of resilience, courage, and determination.

‎Now, I face a new challenge. Physical labor is no longer possible if I want to keep my grades up. I'm working hard to transition into virtual work — preferably as a Virtual Assistant. I've learned discipline and persistence. I've even made hunger a companion, but my late father's words stay with me:
‎"Asking for help doesn't make you weak — it means you know your limits." I'm a student working hard to stay in school and build a better future. Right now, I'm facing serious challenges: putting food on the table, accessing a working laptop for my studies and remote work, and creating a basic furniture that supports my well-being. I've already raised $17 — a meaningful start. My goal is $3000, which will cover: for food supplies over the next few months, for a laptop so I can study and earn online, for basic furniture (bed, chair & table) to create a stable and safe workspace/home Your donation, no matter how small, will help me focus on my education and rebuild my independence.
