Trade Tech Named Official Service Provider for UAE's Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information Program

DUBAI, UAE - Oct. 8, 2025 - PRLog -- Trade Tech, Inc., a global logistics platform, has been named an official service provider for the UAE's Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information (MPCI) Program, effective August 2025. Managed by the UAE's National Advance Information Center under the Federal Authority of Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security, the program requires electronic submission of containerized cargo information at least 24 hours before loading from ports outside the UAE.

Key MPCI Requirements:

• Submit advanced cargo data at least 24 hours before loading
• Forwarders must clearly identify shipper and consignee
• Vessel operators must verify filings before loading
• Applies to import, transshipment, transit, and FROB cargo
• NAIC response statuses: ACT (Accepted), DNL (Do Not Load), RFI (Request for Information)
