Through meta tags and alt text, audiences can find artists by style rather than hashtags or follower counts, while also extending visibility beyond the platform. Noatanga profiles function like website portfolios, optimized for web discoverability. Each profile is optimized for long-term indexing by search engines like Google. By referencing profiles in this way, each artist's presence is strengthened both within the marketplace and across the web, increasing organic traffic over time. "We know many artists don't have the time or resources to master SEO or social algorithms, so we do that for them," said Lucie Montagnese, Noatanga co-founder. "By indexing images and making profiles search-friendly, we give every artist a fair chance to showcase their work without relying on technology." About Noatanga Noatanga originated in San Luis Obispo, California, in 2024 with support from the Cal Poly CIE Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Lucie Montagnese's alma mater. Montagnese met Co-founder and Developer Denis Semmau by chance in her childhood hometown in France.
