Socialups Welcomes First Batch of Graduate Student Interns from International University of Japan

MINAMI-UONUMA, Japan - Sept. 3, 2025 - PRLog -- Socialups, Inc. (Headquarters: Niigata, Japan; CEO: Akimitsu Takase) is proud to announce the onboarding of its first batch of graduate student interns from the International University of Japan, located in Minami-uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture.

Through the internship program, Socialups is able to foster synergies for its startup partners through a collaboration with one of the leading graduate schools in Japan renowned for its education geared towards an international perspective. In return, the student interns will gain firsthand experience on supporting various venture businesses that are likewise located in Niigata Prefecture.

The student interns will be immersed in startup projects for the months of August and September, and shall participate in various activities including business model analysis and market research, enabling them to bring their graduate education into action. The interns will support Socialups' various venture business partners with a focus on scaling operations, marketing efforts and overall strategy realignment.

<Specific Program Details>

①   The internship program shall culminate in a strategy formulation and presentation, and execution of some actions based on the strategy to Socialups' key startup partners such as Echigo Okome Pudding, a rice pudding startup based in Echigo-Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture.

②   Benefit to students – is the exposure to the activities and challenges faced by startup enterprises within Socialups' extensive startup network and focusing on how to springboard ideas into action within the local community, as well as effectively communicate Socialups' initiatives through English articles,

③   Benefit to Socialups' startup partners – is the discourse of innovative ideas and business analysis with top graduate talent from IUJ.
