DIFC, UAE - Aug. 19, 2025 - PRLog -- The Ndege Group, Africa's Sovereign Development Trust®, has announced the launch of a new portfolio of in-house projects with a capital allocation of over €5 billion. This marks a significant step in the Trust's mission to catalyse the continent's socio-economic transformation and serves as a transparent and powerful invitation to partner in building a new era of African-led development. The projects are being funded through a combination of syndicated capital, commitments, and assets owned by the Trust.

Applications may be submitted by individual entities or consortiums operating under a registered LLP or company. In line with its core mandate to foster local growth and empowerment, The Ndege Group has stated that priority will be given to African-owned and African-registered institutions. This project portfolio represents the Trust's direct, strategic investments, distinct from its broader collaborations with African governments and international stakeholders managed through its Development Finance Fund (DFF) and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The Trust's ambition is rooted in the immense, unlocked potential of the continent, with an Asset Under Management trajectory set to reach the trillions.

- Ndege Gold Mines & Refineries: A search for a joint venture partner to acquire and operate gold sites in Uganda and South Sudan.
- Ndege Protected: An invitation to philanthropic and corporate entities to invest in a strategic forest and wildlife conservation initiative, which also serves as a carbon-credit programme.
- Ang'wen The Manor: Seeking a world-class hospitality brand to co-develop and manage an ultra-luxe equestrian and wildlife estate in Amboseli.
