Vertex Crusher Debuts the VCJ1070x760: A Rugged New Contender in Mobile Jaw Crushing Technology

HOUSTON - June 9, 2025 - PRLog -- Vertex Crusher, a Swiss-based leader in material processing machinery, has unveiled the VCJ1070x760, its latest mobile jaw crusher tailored for demanding field operations in mining, quarrying, and infrastructure construction.

The new VCJ1070x760 features the JW42 jaw system, engineered with a wedge locking mechanism that allows for fast and secure jaw plate changes. This robust core ensures consistent performance and durability when tackling abrasive and oversized materials.

The system's receiving hopper provides an 8 m³ capacity with a 4.75-meter feeding height and is equipped with automatic frequency conversion feeding, enhancing efficiency and reducing wear. The hopper folds hydraulically for ease of transport between job sites.

A key advantage of the VCJ1070x760 is its integrated iron remover with an 800 mm bandwidth and standard permanent magnet, which ensures self-unloading and prevents metallic contamination in final outputs.

Material handling is streamlined through a 1200 mm finished belt conveyor, capable of unloading at a height of up to 3.4 meters. The segmented folding belt design, coupled with wireless-controlled hydraulic lifting, allows for flexible site adaptation.

For optional extended material discharge, users can configure a side belt conveyor (600 mm bandwidth) with a 12° working angle and low-lubrication operation.

Mobility is delivered via a UK-imported crawler track and chassis, built to bear 75 tons and maintain excellent deviation resistance and climbing ability. The heavy-duty design offers stability on uneven terrain.

Driving the unit is a 179 kW QSB59-C210 National III-compliant engine, delivering reliable power across operations. The IP55-rated walking control cabinet provides both manual and automatic control, with one-touch diesel engine start and integrated pressure dust removal features.
