PRLog -- Galatians Foundation dba Galatians Community Health is stepping into a new chapter as it strengthens its position in the community. Last week at Community Care Physician Network's (CCPN) Annual Clinician Conference, 2024 quality metrics were unveiled, and Galatians was recognized in two critical performance categories. The clinic ranked among the "Top 10 Most Improved CCPN Practices in Combo 10 Performance,"
underscoring measurable gains in completing the group of 10 recommended vaccines by age two. It also secured a spot in the "Top 10 CCPN Practices in Cervical Cancer Screening Performance,"
reflecting outstanding results in routine Pap smears for patients aged 21–64. Galatians was the only practice named in two of the three CCPN award categories.
Founder Wanett Mims said, "Getting recognized in these categories shows what happens when you treat patients with respect and focus on real care, not just numbers or paperwork. We're here to break down barriers and make sure everyone in this community gets the quality healthcare they deserve."
These milestones reflect Galatians Community Health's (
