West presented, "The Real Threat of Quantum Computing" at this year's ISACA North America Conference three-day-event, hosted in Orlando, Florida at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando to more than 200 attendees with standing room only.

The Real Threat of Quantum Computing featured discussions on the predicted timeline for the debut of general-use quantum computing. In addition, how the IQ of current AI is estimated at 155 and could reach an IQ of 1600 within the next decade, and what can be done now to prepare for Quantum computers using Defense in Depth and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC (https://www.nsa.gov/Resources/Commercial-Solutions-for-Classified-Program/Overview/)).

"It was the best presentation of the day, by a lot," said attendee Ivan Viamontes.

The talk also included how China purposefully plans and builds cities and critical infrastructure around their supercomputers, with reports estimating more than 50 known cities before they ceased releasing information on their supercomputers and specifications. It's important to note that in the middle of 2021 China stopped reporting to the Top500.
