Jazly Liriano joined the firm in October 2023. She graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar. At Columbia Law, Jazly was a Staff Editor for the Columbia Law Review, the Professional Development Chair for the Latinx Students Association, and the Judicial Clerkships Chair for Empowering Women of Color. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Jesse M. Furman for the Southern District of New York. She also was a student co-designer for the Paralegal Pathways Initiative where she designed curriculum and facilitated workshops to train formerly incarcerated people to pursue careers in the legal field. During and after law school, Jazly also worked with the Broadway Advocacy Coalition, where she engaged in research and writing, and facilitated partnerships to use storytelling and artistry to bring about criminal justice and educational reform. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a large commercial law firm in New York City. Jazly is fluent in Spanish and has advanced proficiency in Portuguese.
