Z series agricultural drone Four-nozzle Installation and Setup Tutorial

HEFEI, China - Aug. 8, 2024 - PRLog -- Z series agricultural drones,produced by EFT Tech,can be equipped with additional two centrifugal nozzles which can spray with original two nozzles simultaneously. They also help achieve front or rear spray automatic switching without U-turn. Here are professional Z series nozzles installation steps for your reference.

The entire tutorial consists of four sections: cable installation, nozzle installation, water hose installation, and finally, spraying debugging. All of these procedures should be carried out by a professional pilot.

1. Cable installation
In this section,we need to disassemble the motors of original centrifugal nozzles on the Z series drone first. Then add additional cables and inside hose for retrofitting the new two nozzles next. Do not forget restore the motors after adding the cables.

2. Nozzle Installation
Now we can retrofit two new nozzles under the drone arm. Note that we need to ensure that notch faces outward.

3. Water hose installation
Retrofitting additional water hoses is the final step of the installation process. We need to use different Tee to connect necessary water hoses between drone tank and nozzles . Be careful and ensure that each water outlet is connected right and tight.

4. Spray debugging
It is crucial to setup App after installation. Open EFT Agri APP,specially designed for EFT agricultural drones,to set up spray mode for your own drone. A flight and spaying test is necessary. And once all four nozzles are spraying properly, the debugging is complete.
