This seminar offered insight directly from Michigan lawyers who have been in on the ground floor of new legislation. This seminar also dived into the details of EPIC Omnibus, including changes related to statutory thresholds, and trusts. Attendees also learned how the Uniform Power of Attorney Act (UPOAA) will affect everything from what banks are required to accept to what an agent can and cannot do. They also recieved critical caselaw, legislative, charitable planning, and Medicaid updates.
