Felder & Associates Announces Promotion of Team Member Ryan Claus to Director of Operations

Claus joined Felder & Associates in 2012 as a Junior Associate, the very year the firm was founded.  His dedication, talent and leadership have been instrumental in the company's impressive growth. In 2016, he was promoted to Project Manager, consistently exceeding expectations by ensuring project timelines, budgets and quality standards were met.

Claus's leadership has been instrumental in the successful completion of several high-profile projects in Savannah.  These include the Bouhan Falligant office building, a stunning three-story, 18,000-square-foot structure that pays homage to the Federal-style period.  The building has garnered significant attention for its record-breaking construction time and its seamless blend of traditional elegance with modern functionality.

Another recent success story under Claus's project management is the highly anticipated Wexford Irish Pub.  This project honors Savannah's rich Irish heritage through its use of historical mementos and meticulously sourced materials.

Furthermore, Claus also played a key role in C&H Precision's latest expansion facility in Richmond Hill. This impressive 50,000-square-foot facility, scheduled for completion in 13 months, will feature a dedicated gun range, a welcoming coffee shop and ample office space.
