Therefore diversity is not flowing into leadership. She went on to say, "A professional problem solver will always be employable and can never be replaced by an AI or automation process." The study found that Corporate America C-suites are still disproportionately white and male dominant. By and large, Women, Black, and Hispanic/Latino executives are under-represented among most C-suite positions. With the massive talent pool of skills, ideas, and experiences from this under-represented portion of the workforce there is a plethora of individuals available to organizations to put in positions to help their company innovate and thrive.
