Follow on Google News | Representing Public Employees of Nevada (RPEN) Presents "Paths to Fun & Security."By: Representing Public Employees of Nevada Alan Jordan, the incoming President said, "Everyone is invited, even if you are not an RPEN member. You probably love someone who is, or could be a member, and the information in this meeting will be important to them. We make attending easy, come in-person or by phone." In addition to the program, officers will be installed. In addition to Jordan, Mary Loukas will become Secretary and Margi Scheid will take over as Treasurer. Outgoing President William Partier will install them. Sandra Bertamini and Joana Marke will be recognized for their years of valued participation by RPEN's Executive Director, Terri Laird. Unique features of the meeting are a one-minute mini-exercise, followed by awarding door prizes, with an average value of $25-$35, and the ability to follow the presentation from a website after registering. People who register by phone may also win door prizes. Everyone attending receives six door-prize tickets and places tickets in a bag behind each prize they want to win. The more tickets put in a bag, the better the chance of winning that prize. Phone participants will have their tickets placed in the bag they want. Door prize winners who register by phone may pick up the prize at the next meeting or request other arrangements. RSVP 24/7 and help RPEN plan refreshments by calling (775) 502-9772 and leaving a message. Or leave a message that you want to attend by phone, and someone will call you back or email the information you need to join the meeting by calling a Reno phone number.
