Poetry Book Release "Finding Passion Through Truth"

PORTLAND, Ore. - Sept. 2, 2023 - PRLog -- Lori searched for the truth for many years to what happened to her that led to her brain injury she received in 1990 during a routine surgery. Leaving home from abuse it was crucial she stay independent in NYC where she was successfully working as an executive assistant being offered managerial positions and living on her own. Having to go home opened a pandora box for her leading to many circumstances she started to learn as a woman.

She began to write music in 2011 and ended up broadcasting a podcast with the journey of her writing sharing where the story content came from and the connection to her life. She became confident and started turning the songs into poems for a book. She had been known to be open with her expression of abuse and didn't hold back with the poems chosen for this book. The book "Find Passion Through Truth" is set to release September 2023 through Amazon. PDF copies will be available to the media upon request.

Lori has been publishing since 2004. She has produced and hosted radio shows all over the world showing support for women. She is hopeful this book will open doors to expression. She has always wanted to write since she was little having a hard time coming to her first story sitting at a handmade desk by her father with a pencil and paper. The paper was scraps from his work at a local printing shop where he was a professional printer. He knew she had many forms of expression waiting to be told. She is inspired by her grandmothers of many eras on both sides.
