The media broadcasting industry was established to inform the society about important topics that could affect communities. But not all incidents can be reported, because there are too many. The constant story that has been reported lately are shooting crimes. The raw visual televised feed has shown mother's crying out for children. On January 6, 2023, an American school teacher Abby Zwerner was seriously shot by a six year old student. In Houston a 12 year old boy shot a fast food employee. In the early 90's a known rapper named Tupac Shakur spoke at a rally of community leaders, and expressed his concern that the children would get worse if the society didn't respond to correct the issues. So the response from congress was the enactment of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. Although this act was passed, and became law; it was agreed that it definitely was not enough. At the elementary school level of education many teachers introduce the questions about lifelong dreams that a student may have in their lifetime. But the American Psychological Association has revealed that childrens' mental health is in crisis. It has been said that many children are depressed, and are struggling mentally from the covid-19 emergency, natural disasters, physical, and emotional abuse in the home. The expression of racism on social media has also caused a major impact, says social psychologist Kathleen Ethier, PhD, director of the CDC's Division of Adolescent, and School Health.
