New Children's Book Supports Those Dealing With Mental Health Issues And Chronic Illness Su

The recent release is timed to support Lyme Disease Awareness Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, both in May.

Based on Park's and her daughters' personal experience with chronic Lyme disease, the book invites us all to move through life with more self-care, compassion, and awareness.
