Shell found a way to protect its asserts from natural disasters

Shell is using an innovative flood control method to protect their gas stations on Philippines
ARDEE, Ireland - March 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Dam Easy Flood Barriers, the world's leading flood control solutions are now used to protect Shell Gas Stations in the Philippines from floods and other natural disasters that can cause destructive and costly water damage.
Gas stations are among the most vulnerable objects when it comes to floods and other natural disasters. Moreover, once damaged, they can represent a danger to the people and infrastructure around them.
However, at the same time, they have always been pretty hard to protect using regular flood control solutions such as sandbags, inflatable barriers, etc.
Shell, one of the leading names in the industry, found an innovative, efficient, and sustainable solution to this problem and is now adopting Dam Easy Flood Barriers as their means to protect Gas Stations and infrastructure from floods and water damage.
Those Flood Barriers are lightweight. They don`t need any special equipment, preparation, tools or skills to be installed, can be removed whiting several minutes, and stored compactly in any available storage space. At the same time, they have proved their efficiency against up to 3-feet floods, as well as debris and even storm winds.
Due to special extension poles that can be used to connect two barriers together and a dam jam that allows to install a barrier at any place even if there is originally not enough grip for it, Shell gas stations from now on can be easily protected in a matter of several minutes.
And when the disaster retreats, gas stations protected with these innovated flood barriers can instantly go back to business providing the community with fuel right away!
Efficient, multiple-use sustainable flood barriers are the new step towards a safer and more responsible fuel industry in the Philippines and worldwide!
