D&B Properties Celebrate International Women's Day with Female Leaders in Dubai

DUBAI, UAE - March 10, 2023 - PRLog -- D&B Properties hosted an inspiring panel discussion on Wednesday the 8th of March 2023 in honor of International Women's Day. The event focused on the 'Highs and Lows of Being a Successful Woman in Today's Society' and featured several speakers from leadership backgrounds with diverse industry experience, including real estate, human resources, construction, beauty and floristry.

The panelists included Dina Abou Eid, the General Manager of Abou Eid Development, Nadja Saveska a serial entrepreneur and owner of 11:11 Clinic and Laila Makarem, the CEO & Founder of Glamour Rose. In addition to a number of Directors and Senior agents from D&B Properties.

International Women's Day is an important day that celebrates the social, economic, and cultural achievements of women. On this day, countries around the world celebrate with various events such as rallies, parades, and seminars. These events spread awareness on issues that are important to women but is also seen as a global celebration of the many women of substance across the world.

Mania Merrikhi, the Director of Marketing for D&B Properties was the moderator of the discussion. Guiding and engaging with the panelists across the various facets of this discussion, she went on to ask how each of the women what piece of advice they would offer aspiring female leaders:

"The key is to stay focused, be humble and fair," said Nadja Saveska. "When faced with adversity or challenge, it is important to think positive." Another speaker added: "It's important to remember that you can't do it all yourself - having strong support networks around you will help you achieve your goals faster."

The event concluded with a Q&A session where attendees had the opportunity to ask questions about career development, personal growth and general advice for women looking to enter these industries.

"It was an absolute pleasure to be part of this event," said another speaker, "It has really inspired me as well as all those who attended."
