Earlier in the the week, the BBGC had a visit from Mario Lopez with a cooking demo from Knorr Seasonings. A hard act to follow, for sure. Chef Mick's Smoky Garden Guacamole recipe consists of 7 simple ingredients:

1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1-2 Tbsp Fresh Ground Cumin
1-2 Tsp Olive Oil
2-3 Drops Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt/Pepper to taste
1. Halve and pit Avocados, use Spoon to separate ripe part from peel. Smash with fork or vegetable masher to desired smooth or chunky consistency. Add 2-3 Drops of Lemon juice. Mix throughly.
2. Add Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro and Olive Oil. Mix evenly.
3. Blend in desired amount of Cumin, Salt and Pepper to taste.
4. Have fun with final plate/presentation. Use spare tomatoes, onions and cilantro to design a St. Patrick's Day Shamrock on top?
