Drake, Taylor Swift and Bad Bunny top Gen Z's most-listened-to artists

NEW YORK - March 1, 2023 - PRLog -- dcdx has released new research highlighting the top artists, songs and rising artists for Generation Z.

The research comes from a collection of more than 1,000 submissions of Spotify Wrapped and Apple Music Replay screenshots from the dcdx community of Gen Z'ers, and provides an inside-look into the artists and songs transforming this generation's music preferences.

The report includes:
- average minutes listened to by Gen Z
- an analysis of the top 15 most-streamed songs by Gen Z of 2022, ranked by the percent of Gen Z that had the song in their top 5 most-streamed.
- an analysis of the top 15 most-streamed artists by Gen Z in 2022, ranked by the percent of Gen Z that had the artist in their top 5 most-streamed.
- a profile on each of the top 5 artists, with explanations and insight into why the artists was so big this year with Generation Z
- a look at the top rising artists for this generation, collected from a combination of open-ended responses and comparisons to the data collected in the Wrapped compilation process.
