The address is 5780 Canoga Ave Ste F and the time is 12-4 pm. Given the limited number of  "fish fry" restaurants in the San Fernando Valley, Owner, and long-time resident, Darlene Melvin says "I'm excited to be one of the first African American women to bring quality seafood into this area of the valley. On the day of the grand opening, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, officiated by Diane Williams, CEO of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce, and other local officials, Free t-shirts and food samples (while supplies last), and live entertainment.
