Meet The Fab 5ive Carnivores of the hot new show, The GreenSquad TV Show with Vegan Chef KESS

PHILADELPHIA - Jan. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- The highly anticipated GreenSquad TV Show, featuring Vegan Chef KESS, is a one-of-a-kind program which features enticing cuisine from around the world. What makes this show so unique is that the dishes are completely satisfying…and entirely plant-based! In fact, Vegan Chef KESS is betting on the average eater's inability to tell the difference between meat-based and plant-based cuisines.

The participants are meat lovers from the Philadelphia area. The 'Fabulous 5ive' original Squad members are Melanie Boone, Ricky Brown, Sterling Calhoun, Nafeisa Johnson, and Nicole Lynn Tucker. Although each has their own interests and lifestyles, preparation for the show has built a solid bond among the group.

"Being a member of The Green Squad with Vegan Chef KESS is an amazing experience," says Melanie Boone, a mother of three. "We [The Squad] have become a family who learns, eats, and laughs together. We support each other on and off camera.

"As a mother," she continues, "it's important that I and my children find healthier foods to eat, live, and grow. Chef KESS' creations makes it easy…they are so satisfying for the entire family!"

For his part, Ricky Brown feels the need to serve by example, including in matters pertaining to healthy living; therefore, participation in the show is important to him as an educator. Sterling Calhoun is an avid athlete and personal physical trainer. Needless to say: eating healthy is a priority – although plant-based cuisine was never 'on the menu.' Still, he is open to consideration. Nafeisa Johnson has a popular online presence due to her strong social media skills. The tv show was another avenue for exposure; however, she now finds value in following a plant-based diet. And Nicole Lynn Tucker, also an educator, teaches her students leadership skills, and the importance of a positive approach throughout life. For her, learning about the benefits of a plant-based diet is another avenue to reach her students.

The GreenSquad TV Show offers 'vegucation' through 'vegutainment.' It airs this coming Thurs, January 5^th at 7pm EST. It will be available for streaming on its YouTube channel, "Vegan Chef KESS and the Green Squad TV." It can also be seen on the PhillyCAM channel (available on Roku), Apple TV, Fios TV 29/30 (Philadelphia), and Xfinity 66/966HD 967 (Philadelphia). The show is produced by Shamele Jordon, and co-directed by Nakia Dillard and Tim Millaway, with assistance from Lenny Daniels.
