This workshop is designed for food industry and regulatory personnel who are responsible for the development or review of food labels in compliance with U.S. federal law. Trade association staff, food consultants, and attorneys will also find this program valuable.

Topics covered will include the latest information on food allergen labeling, requirements for principal display and information panels, ingredient statements, nutritional content, health claims, and practical issues related to food labeling regulation.
