Support Service.After looking at the system which is provided to us by Bigpond email now we will dive into checking some of the issues which are occurred at Bigpond email. These issues are minor and can be solved by following simple steps. All necessary steps will be provided so checking on the issues, the user was not able to configure and install Bigpond email to other clients' accounts. Follow the configuration step given below.
- Set the IMAP incoming mail server to imap.tesltra.com.
- Then the port should be set to 993 which will require SSL.
- Next set the POP3 mail server to pop.telstra.com.
- The port number should be 110 which also requires SSL.
