By: Wareham Development Renewals and expansions at Wareham's two million plus square foot (SF) EmeryStation Research Campus in Emeryville, including 162,000 SF with long-time tenant Amyris, have been robust over the past 18 months as more and more existing tenants sought to insure their strongholds at the campus. Tenants in neighboring Berkeley have been just as active. The following tenants at Wareham's one million SF Aquatic Park Research Campus in Berkeley also expanded and/or renewed their commitment to the campus and the cluster.
