It is all about leisure, but my wallet comes first!

BANGALORE, India - Aug. 27, 2022 - PRLog -- My wandering soul craves thrills and adventures. My latest adventure was in the himalayan foothills.

I loved Spiti Valley's sights and sounds. The Himalayas are best explored by foot. My bank account doesn't leave much room for unplanned explorations after my mortgage and credit card bills.

I looked up cheap flights. My search led me to shady websites. Swindlers sold dreams and deals. My 6-month marketing internship helped me avoid "click bait."

Then I found a YouTube article by a Russian traveller about saving money on flight tickets. One video taught me about VPN, Skyscanner, variable pricing, and cookies. I've explained everything.

Inspired by the flight hack, I tried to hack my Himalayas stay. Students and backpackers in the Himalayas were my search terms. I heard about volunteering while travelling within 5-6 minutes of searching. Now I know why foreigners swarm the Himalayas and post pictures doing menial labour. I didn't know about the insourced job market. My India!

I decided to turn my 1-month trip into a workation in the Himalayas. Pourquoi? The Ecosphere Habitat provided free food and lodging for a month. What's stopping me? Nothing. 1 month of heaven cost 15,000. I gambled.

Spiti's challenges were overcome by the soulful experience, people, food, and sights. Here's my Spiti Valley jugaad:
