Beachside Chiropractic Now Offering TheraLight360 Treatment

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 7, 2022 - PRLog -- Dr. Cathay Moutsopoulos, D.C. is pleased to announce that her practice, Beachside Chiropractic, has expanded services and is now offering Photobiomodulation (PBMT), also known as Red/Infrared Light Therapy or low-level light therapy. Beachside Chiropractic is the exclusive provider of TheraLight 360 in Volusia County and invested over $82K in equipment and technology to offer this treatment to our area.

"Patients lay in a 360 degree therapy light pod with 45,000 LED lights for 20 minutes per session," said Dr. Moutsopoulos. "Our patient feedback has been incredibly positive - from relief of arthritis, nerve pain, better sleep, less anxiety and depression, to alleviation of COVID symptoms," Dr. Moutsopoulos added.

The bed uses multiple wavelengths simultaneously as well as adjustable irradiance and frequency for optimal healing. Athletes are using TheraLight PBMT treatments for faster recovery. It also helps reduce inflammation, and encourages healing in wounds, tendons, muscles, nerves and bones. It has a large cabin with open ends to reduce claustrophobia. The 360 degree bed helps to eliminate scatter so there is no loss of healing energy.

Treatments also increase energy, clearer thinking, weight-loss, and youthful-looking skin. Most recently, this technology improved outcomes for a patient with COVID-19. PBMT has been studied extensively in more than 500 published double-blind, randomly-controlled studies and more than 8,000 laboratory studies.
