Streett Property Consultants names agent of the month and quarter

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - July 14, 2022 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate office, is pleased to announce that Streett Property Consultants is the Top Listing Agent and the Top Selling Agent of June and the second quarter.

With more than 14 million in sales year-to-date, CCAR ranked Streett Property Consultants within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market.

Bobby Streett has been a Broker Associate with Garden City Realty since 2004 and has been selling real estate since 1975. He is a member of NAR, SCR, and CCAR. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation. He is also working towards the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He previously received the certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation.

Bobby has held numerous positions with the South Carolina Association of REALTORS local and regional real estate associations. In 2001 he won the coveted REALTOR of the Year Award. Likewise, he was a Best Real Estate Agent finalist in the 2015, 2016, and 2021 Best of the Beach contest presented by The Sun News. This year, he was a finalist for Best Realtor in the WMBF Best of the Grand Strand 2022 contest.

Drew Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. He served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS® and is the 2020 SCR REALTOR® of the Year.

Some of his roles at CCAR include 2009 president, 2010 REALTOR® of the Year, and past chairman of the Legislative Committee. Likewise, some of his REALTOR® service at SCR consists of the 2011-2012 regional vice president, parliamentarian of the Executive Committee, and past graduate of SCR's LeadershipSCR program. He also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Drew is a past recipient of the REALTOR® Image Award and the Guy Kates Rotarian of the Year award. He has also been recognized at GCR for several listing and selling awards, including Top Producer, Listing Agent of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year.
