Death Row Records and TRU Records Collaborate on "Dear YoungBoy"

SAN ANTONIO - July 12, 2022 - PRLog -- Multi-Platinum selling New Orleans artist C-Murder officially releases his new video letter to NBA Youngboy (Youngboy Never Broke Again) entitled "Dear Youngboy". C-Murder remains a stand-up guy; albeit with one caveat: he truly believes that there is a better way to do things; a better way to handle obstacles and we sometime get stuck in the squalor of urban life. C-Murder tells Youngboy Never Broke Again to look at his situation and to let him know he's not alone and to keep his head up while going through street beefs and dealing with the court system for his freedom at the same time. C-Murder also had this to say, "I'm asking everyone who supports our young generation, Hip-Hop culture and me to go and support NBA Youngboy if you're TRU" and believe in justice being served correctly. ABOUT COREY MILLER/C-MURDER
Corey Miller, better known by his stage name C-Murder, is an American rapper, songwriter, actor, and US. Army Veteran. He initially gained fame in the mid-1990s as a part of his brother Master P's label No Limit Records. He is known primarily as a member of the label's super group, TRU. Throughout his career, Miller released several solo albums through No Limit Records, which earned Gold, Platinum & Multi-Platinum RIAA status. In total, Miller has released over nine albums on various labels and distribution companies.

In 2002, Miller was arrested in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas and with no weapon or DNA evidence, was sentenced to life in prison after a jury's 10 -2 verdict, on August 14, 2009. Miller is serving his sentence at Elyan Hunt a Louisiana State Penitentiary. Controversy surrounding witnesses involved in Miller's trial came to light in 2018 when two key witnesses recanted their statements, claiming they had been pressured into testifying against Miller by authorities. Miller maintains his innocence, and both he and his brother Master P have called for a new trial.
