Memorial Fund To Support The Family Of Shubra Kar By the Linux Foundation

AUSTIN, Texas - July 8, 2022 - PRLog -- Shubhra Kar, aged 42, from Austin, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, due to a cardiac arrest. He was the CTO and GM of Product, Engineering, IT, and MarketingOps at the Linux Foundation.

As a passionate technology leader, he had nearly 18 years of experience in open-source development, cloud, DevOps, enterprise architecture, IoT, and Realtime Monitoring and Analytics. He had been a visionary and leader with a career spanning startups and NASDAQ-listed companies.

His friends and colleagues recall him as a person with a great heart and exceptional leadership qualities.

The Linux Foundation has established a memorial fund for the family of Shubra to help them support their living. All the contributions will go to the family and education of his two kids. One can make donations to the family in the fundraiser.
