DUSSELDORF, Germany - June 1, 2022 - PRLog -- elastic.io proudly announces the successful completion the ISO-27001 audit process, joining the list of the few iPaaS vendors who enjoy the most respected information security certification in the IT industry. This represents a milestone in our progression as an organization and recognizes our systematic approach in driving the ongoing security of our integration platform and the data passing through it.

Core functions within elastic.io are now compliant with ISO-27001, including Development, Operations and HR/Recruiting.

What is ISO-27001 certification?

ISO-27001 is properly named "ISO/IEC 27001 – Information technology — Security techniques — Information security management systems — Requirements." This standard is internationally recognized and requires the demonstrated compliance with a comprehensive Information Security Management System.

What does this mean for elastic.io customers?

In a series of audits, the elastic.io systems, processes, and documentation were examined to measure compliance and identify any non-conformities. The auditor recommendation to certify was received on 5th May. Certification was officially provided on 18th May, 2022.
